I started as a self-taught designer, but I kept seeing the same problem: great visuals do not matter if the offer, website, and message are weak.

So I learned; branding, web, marketing, automation. Not to do it all myself, but to see the full picture and know what is actually broken.

Nine years of experience taught me one thing: the best marketing does not start with marketing. It starts with figuring out why customers are not buying in the first place. Sometimes it is your message. Sometimes it is your offer. Sometimes it is something nobody thought to look at. I find it, fix it, then build systems around it.

The Story of
How I got started

Nine years ago, I entered a logo design contest on a whim and won. That small moment changed everything. What started as a hobby turned into a passion, then a business, then a journey with 300+ projects, worked with over 85 brands across 6 countries. Here's how it happened

October 2016:

I entered a logo design contest just to see if I could do it. I won. That small victory inspired me to keep going. I started taking on small projects, learning by doing, and realizing I actually loved this work. That contest was the first step toward what would eventually become Zap Media.

June 2017:

A new burger joint called Fryday House came to me. They were new to the market and needed a brand that would be recognized instantly. I designed a line-art logo showing a full meal, and chose the colors strategically to match the direction they wanted for all their branding. It worked. That project taught me branding is not just about looking good. It is about standing out and being remembered.

January 2018:

The more clients I worked with, the more I noticed a pattern. Most businesses were not struggling with design. They were struggling to keep up with digital. Social media, websites, ads, content. They were overwhelmed and lacked the support to grow their online presence. I realized I could help with more than just logos.

April 2019:

I could not do it alone anymore. So I built a small team. Designers, marketers, developers. Together, we started offering full marketing services. Word spread. Clients kept coming. We formed lasting relationships within the industry, and Zap Media became known as a leading design agency in the area.

July 2020:

We officially registered as Zap Media Pvt. Ltd. in Pakistan. Logo design, social media marketing, website development. All under one roof. We were no longer freelancers. We were a company with a mission to help businesses stand out in a crowded digital world. The team continued taking on new challenges, expanding our portfolio and reputation.

May 2021:

By now, we had worked with over 50 businesses. The team was solid. The systems were working. We kept developing new strategies to help clients stand out. But I started noticing something. The agency model had limits. More clients meant more chaos. I was managing people more than doing the work I loved.

February 2022:

We moved from a modest office with a single table and four team members to a larger, proper workspace. It felt like a significant milestone. But behind the scenes, I was questioning everything. Was this the business I actually wanted to build?

december 2023:

After 100+ clients, I hit a ceiling. Trading time for money. Managing a team instead of doing strategic work. I started studying AI and automation. Not to replace creativity, but to work smarter.

june 2024:

I rebuilt my entire approach around one idea. Because I started noticing something. The agency model had limits. More clients meant more chaos. I was managing people more than doing the work I loved. I create the strategy and direct the execution. Specialists handle the pieces. Smart systems handle the repetitive work. Better results. Fewer bottlenecks. One point of contact for the client.

september 2025:

Opened Zap Media LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming. US bank account. Proper infrastructure. No more international freelancer limitations. I was ready to work with clients anywhere in the world, directly.

2026 & NOW:

I am still the same person who gets excited when a good idea starts taking shape. I just have more experience now, and a better system behind my work.
